The Penthouse

Living- and Cooking-Area
In the 60 square metre living/cooking area there is a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob in a free-standing block, dishwasher, oven and microwave. A dining table for 8 persons invites you to enjoy an extensive meal. On the couch landscape one can enjoy the open fire or a film on the 65 inch LED TV.
Bedrooms
The two bedrooms each have a 180cm (king-size) bed and plenty of storage space in the closet. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with washbasin and spacious shower. One of the two bedrooms also has direct access to the south balcony. In the living room a comfortable wall bed can be folded down and the sleeping area can be separated by a dense curtain. This creates another cosy sleeping area, where you can retreat undisturbed.
Balkons
Two balconies for every time of day: Enjoy your breakfast on the east balcony facing the street. On the south balcony you have the rest of the day over sun.
Sauna
In the basement you will find a sauna for 6 persons and a relaxation room with enough sunbeds and seats as well as a shower. The sauna is available to all apartments in the house and can be reserved free of charge for exclusive use. In most cases this is also possible immediately.
Floor Plan
When you enter the apartment via the spacious corridor, the view immediately falls on the spectacular glass front with a view of the Pinzgau mountains. From the corridor you reach the two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the guest toilet. The remaining area is combined into a 60 square metre living and cooking area. From this there is access to both balconies. You can also reach the west balcony from the rear bedroom.
